Positioning: Arch AI is purpose-built for manufacturing decision automation. It connects to a factory's existing systems, reads and synthesizes data across machines, MES, SCADA, and dashboards, and delivers real-time prescriptive guidance to operators, engineers, and executives, without requiring another dashboard or a team of experts to interpret it. The result is faster issue resolution, higher OEE, and operational expertise that scales across sites.

Arch AI works in three steps: (1) Ground Truth Data — connects to existing factory systems to collect clean, real-time data including error codes, cycle times, UPH, downtime events, CPK trends, and OEE; (2) Root Cause Insight — uses built-in process knowledge and analytics to identify performance gaps, flag anomalies, and surface what matters most; (3) Guided Action — delivers the right recommendation to the right person automatically, no interpretation required.

Arch works with a factory's existing infrastructure. No rip-and-replace required. Key integrations include MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, sensors, and inspection and test systems.
