GenAI in the factory: Leapfrog to prescriptive intelligence
AI in the factory is no longer a futuristic concept—it’s actively reshaping how factories collect and leverage data, provide deeper insights and automate decision-making processes today. In the past, AI was a distant goal to be obtained after upgrading all connectivity, collecting and normalizing data, doing domain specific analytics and then maybe, from huge amounts of data, AI would be possible. Now general pre-trained intelligence, like is available from Anthropic, OpenAI and others can be paired with digital twin technology to unlock AI guided actions, prescriptive intelligence.
In this session, our CEO will talk about the latest breakthroughs with AI for the factory. Andrew is joined by leaders from FUJI, a top builder of factory equipment, and Aegis, a top MES provider. They will discuss how AI reshapes the use and potential with their systems, and how the underlying strength of their data models can now be unlocked. We’ll see how AI transforms the way connectivity is done and how data is combined from systems, then how it can automatically determine root cause and guidance. These capabilities are new and depend on fewer of the data pre-requisites of prior technology waves providing an unprecedented opportunity to leapfrog factory digitization to an AI guided operation.
