Contest Rules and Regulation
Official Rules:
Eligibility: In order to be eligible, you must use a legitimate business email address and reside within the United States of America or Canada. This contest is an “invitation only” contest being offered to select contacts within the discrete manufacturing industry. The invitation may only be shared with those within the organization with whom the original recipient is currently employed.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Void Where Prohibited: The contest is void where prohibited by law or unallowed according to participants’ respective employer.
Entry Period: The entry period is from Sunday, March 17, 2024 – Thursday, March 21st at 12:15pm ET (first game tip-off)
Prize Conditions: Winners will be notified via email between Monday, April 9, 2024 – Wednesday, April 11, 2024. Prizes are subject to availability and non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the prizes.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on the accuracy of their bracket predictions which will be determined by points awarded through the process provided by runyourpool.com. A first, second, and third place winner will be selected. Each participant is only eligible for one (1) prize. If a participant submits multiple brackets (limit is 3), only the highest placed bracket will be counted toward a prize.
Specific Pool Rules
- Members pick all 63 games of the NCAA Tournament.
- The pick deadline is set to March 21, 2024 at 12:15 PM ET.
- Each participant is limited to 3 entries in the contest.
- Points are awarded for each correct pick.
- Points values increase as the tournament progresses, as follows:
- Play-in games are not included or scored
- First Round = 1 point
- Second Round = 2 points
- Sweet 16 = 4 points
- Regional Final (Round of 8) = 8 points
- National Semifinal (Last Four) = 16 points
- Championship = 32 points
- The pool does not use a seed point bonus. Correct picks will be awarded the points assigned for each round.
- The tie-breaker is the combined number of points scored in the Championship game. Each member must enter a tie-break value when they make their picks.
- The winner is the entry with the most points at the end of the NCAA Tournament.
Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, entrants release Arch Systems, Inc. from any liability for damages or losses related to the contest.
Communication Rights: By entering the contest, entrants grant Arch Systems, Inc. the right to reach out via contact information provided for contest updates, company updates, or other sales/promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified.

Arch Systems, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
