Arch Systems Named a Cool Vendor in the 2025 Gartner® Cool Vendors™ in Manufacturing for Optimizing Performance.

Palo Alto, California – November 24, 2025 – Arch Systems, the AI-powered factory intelligence platform, today announced it has been named a Cool Vendor in the Gartner® “Cool Vendors in Manufacturing for Optimizing Performance” report published November 11, 2025, by Chris Campbell, Paul Lord, Jake Cunningham, Scot Kim, and Simon Jacobson.

The report draws a framework around the growing trend of AI-centered manufacturing solution providers. Arch Systems is mentioned in two categories: one with companies more focused on overall factory performance optimization, and the other on enabling the front line. Arch Systems enables organizations to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, intelligent optimization.

“Manufacturing optimization is transformed by AI. It is possible to address the entire plant, all processes, all personas with guided actions. These actions are made possible through AI using the data and digital twin, with the thinking automation of generative AI on top, then converting this epic talent shortage into an expertise surplus,” said Andrew Scheuermann, Co-Founder and CEO of Arch Systems. “We are thrilled to be recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor.  We see this recognition as a reflection of our proven ability to support the plant end-to-end. We have 100’s of factories in 15+ countries using Arch on around 25,000 distinct processes. In those plants, we enable front-line operations, maintenance, quality, and planners to excel at their work, driven by the data of machines and factory systems.”

Arch was built to meet the challenge left open by all the disparate machines, equipment, MES, and enterprise systems (CMMS, EAM, PLM, APS, ERP). There is data and dashboards everywhere, but not enough expert talent without AI to make proper use of it and optimize the plant.

“The Arch platform gives our teams a clearer, more consistent view of what’s happening on the factory floor and which actions matter most,” said Michal Wierzchowski, Vice President of Operations & Digital Transformation at Jabil. “Its AI-driven insights support our operators, engineers, and leaders with the information they need to prevent issues, improve performance, and accelerate decision-making across our operations.”

Delivering Actionable Intelligence Across the Factory

The Arch platform brings together three core components: Arch Data TwinArch GLOand Arch AI, to help manufacturers move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, intelligence-driven operations:

  • Arch Data Twin automatically collects, contextualizes, and structures diverse industrial data into an AI-ready foundation without requiring system overhauls.
  • Arch GLO standardizes visibility across lines, processes, and sites to give teams a consistent operational view and a shared set of KPIs across shifts and locations.
  • Arch AI acts as an expert copilot, analyzing data in real time, detecting patterns, and delivering prescriptive recommendations directly to operators, engineers, and leaders.

Manufacturers use the Arch platform to reduce downtime, scale expertise across distributed teams, and deliver measurable improvements in performance without significant changes to their existing infrastructure. The platform helps teams detect issues before they impact production, accelerate decision-making, and codify best practices that can be applied consistently across sites.

Arch also helps organizations maximize the performance of existing equipment, improving asset utilization, reducing unplanned downtime, and often avoiding capital expenditures by increasing the output of current assets. Across global operations, Arch delivers the actionable intelligence manufacturers need to drive continuous, repeatable improvement at scale.
